We offer a 30 days from purchase return for all our items, we accept multi country returns with our localisation return services.
We have local return hubs in the UK, USA, France, Germany, Italy and Spain making a global return as easy as possible.
Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Cancellation must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes. Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods.
You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form. We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value.
The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply. All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
